Waukesha County Executive Paul Farrow WAUKESHA — State Assembly Republicans rolled out their plans for the shared revenue program in Wisconsin on Thursday. It is based on sharing the state's sales tax revenue to help counties, cities, towns and villages offset some of their costs. Shared revenue goes back many decades with changes done last when Gov.
