Madison, WI – February 2, 2023 – UW Credit Union officially opens its Elm Grove branch on Monday, February 6. The full-service branch is located at 15300 W Bluemound Road and features 24-hour drive-through service. Elm Grove is the first of the credit union's 31 branches to feature interactive teller machines (ITM) in both the lobby and the drive-up. Unlike typical ATM machines, ITM's enable members to choose their cash withdrawal denominations. Users can also make loan payments and deposits. User prompts are available in both English and Spanish with branch staff readily available to assist during lobby hours.
